- Whether they will provide a comparison of the annual number of water course pollution prosecutions carried out by the predecessor water authorities and those inaugurated by the Environment Agency. [HL 3156]. - Inc tables for figures from 1990 onwards and ref to annual reports by the Environment Agency and the National Rivers Authority in Library.
