Whether they are satisfied that the Tubelines Consortium is of undoubted financial standing and demonstrably capable of fulfilling all its obligations throughout the period of the London Underground public private partnership; and what further due diligence inquiries they have made into the financial standing of the members of the Tubelines Consortium since the announcement of its preferred bidder status for the London Underground public private partnership.
