To update & publish annex E of the White Paper "Top-up Loans for Students", Cm. 520, taking into account administration costs & transaction fees of #12 per student loan application per year, on the assumption of 80 %, 90% & 100% take-up of the student loan scheme & on the assumption of annual inflation at 3%, 4%, 5% 6%, 7% & 8% up to the year 2027 - includes tables: figures given make no allowance for administrative costs.
