Question

To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, which body is responsible for drawing up the proposal for the A3 improvements at Hindhead; and if he will publish the schedule for the necessary decisions and announcements relating to that proposal; when he plans to visit Hindhead to examine the A3 and its effects on business and the environment.
