What considerations were taken into account in deciding which bid was successful in sale of 8 freight depots by British Waterways Board to Leggett Freightways; what conditions of sale were offered by Leggett Freightways which enhanced employment conditions of British Waterways Board employees over & above those provided by statute & why sale was spread over 5 accounting years.
