Roger Williams: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what disucssions he has had with the Lord Chancellor's Department regarding magistrates' courts closures in Wales. [96352] Peter Hain:I have regular discussions with ministerial colleagues about matters affecting Wales, but decisions about the future of individual courts are a matter for local Magistrates' Courts Committees.
