Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, whether the Government announcement that it is lawful, under EU Single Market regulations, for private sector internet and e-mail traffic to use public sector-installed IT infrastructure covered the use of wide band IT infrastructure installed in schools and libraries.
