Mrs. Curtis-Thomas: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department on what date he expects implementation of the alcohol harm reduction strategy for England to begin. [143462] Ms Blears: The Government made a commitment in the NHS Plan to begin implementing an alcohol harm reduction strategy for England in 2004, and we are on course to achieve that target.
