To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the average waiting time for a first consultant appointment was in Stoke-on-Trent for each year since 1997. - Including table.

Mr. Stevenson: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what the average waiting time for a first consultant appointment was in Stoke-on-Trent for each year since 1997.
