What are the procedures for distributing EEC food surpluses to voluntary organisations in Scotland; and what action is being taken to ensure that such voluntary organisations are made fully aware of the availability of EEC surplus food and are encouraged to assist in its distribution to those most in need. - Includes ref to 204 c507-8W & joint agriculture departments press release.
