John Barrett: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development what response he will make to the drought relief appeal in Namibia. [141370] Hilary Benn: The Government of Namibia launched an appeal to donors at a meeting in Windhoek on 20 November. We and other agencies are currently considering this appeal and the wider issues it raises for emergency planning and response in Namibia.
