Mr. Fallon: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what representations she has received regarding (a) fraud and (b) market abuse in the pre- paid mobile telephone card market; and what action she is taking. [140019] Mr. Timms: No representations have been received regarding either fraud or market abuse in the pre-paid mobile phone card market. There are no plans to take any action with regard to the pre-paid mobile telephone card market.
