- In what way local authorities in Wales will be involved in testing & monitoring water supplies from Dwr Cymru, other suppliers & private supplies following full implementation of Water Act 1989; what action intends to take to bring private water supplies in Wales up to EC standards & what grants are available to individuals & families who need work undertaken to achieve those standards & what mechanism established to test private water supplies in Wales & to monitor results of such tests
