To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what plans there are to extend the use of Zyban (a) on prescription-only and (b) over the counter.

Chris Grayling: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans there are to extend the use of Zyban (a) on prescription-only and (b) over the counter. [130168] Miss Melanie Johnson: No application to extend the use or change the legal status of Zyban has been made to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.
