- What provision has been made for expenditure on NHS in Wales in next financial year on remuneration to non-executive members of health authorities & family practitioners services authorities, arrangements for establishing contracts for services & hospital trusts, additional tasks as result of introduction of general practitioner practice funds, capital cost of information systems for management of drug expenditure, audit costs & upkeep of asset registers & calculation of capital charges. - Includes fact that Minister shall write.
