- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will place in the Library a copy of his recent letter to Mr John Home Robertson MSP,(Dep 03/1646) referred to in column 1209 of the Scottish Parliament Official Report of 26th June, regarding his plans to introduce legislation to allow the establishment of safety zones around UK offshore windfarms. - Copy has been placed in Library.
