Answer: Lady Hermon: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what additional security measures have been put in place at royal palaces at Windsor Castle since 21 June 2003. [121949] Mr. Blunkett: I refer the hon. Member to my statement to the House on 24 June 2003, Official Report, column 867. As you will appreciate, I cannot comment on the detail of security measures in place at Windsor Castle or other royal palaces, as to do so may compromise the safety of those the measures are designed to protect.
