- When the Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission will answer by letter, of which a copy is to be placed in the Library of the House, the Parliamentary Question which the Lord Falconer of Thoroton said he would answer on 20 November 2000, 619 c60WA; and whether they consider a delay of several months by the Chief Commissioner of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission in responding by letter to a Parliamentary Question to be acceptable.
