Mr. Llwyd: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what discussions he has had with the Mayor of London on the impact of congestion charging. [117826] Mr. Jamieson: The London congestion charging scheme is the responsibility of the Mayor, not the Government. However, Ministers have regular meetings with the Mayor at which a wide range of transport matters are discussed.
