Mr. Savidge: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many pensioners in Scotland will benefit from the £300 winter fuel payment for the over eighties. [113326] Mrs. McGuire: We estimate that around 200,000 pensioners in Scotland will benefit from the £100 additional payment attached to the winter fuel payment.
