Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, in how many cases those served witness orders failed to attend the employment tribunal in (a) England and Wales and (b) Scotland in 2002; how many witness orders were made by employment tribunals in (a) England and Wales and (b) Scotland in 2002. - The Employment Tribunals Service does not record centrally number of witness orders made in relation to Tribunal proceedings.
