- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what plans the Government has to reform the Trading Scheme (Exclusion) Regulations 1997 to improve the protection of potential participants in trading schemes which present risks to those with little commercial experience; and if she will make a statement. - (Holding answer 14 April 2003).
