Tim Loughton: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Skills how many people are listed on the Department's 99 list of referred workers. [106605] Mr. Miliband: There are currently 3,139 people on the list of people whose employment is barred or restricted by the Secretary of State for Employment and Skills (List 99).
