- To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what percentage of workers reported that their workplace was smoke-free in 2001; how many workers in England and Wales have been exposed to second-hand tobacco smoke in the workplace (a) regularly and (b) occasionally in each year since 1997. - Inc figure and fact that the Department does not hold data on worker exposure to tobacco smoke in the way requested.
