Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what sentences were imposed on James Miles and Paul Loseby at the time of the trial and at the time of the appeal.

Answer: Mr. Vaz: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what sentences were imposed on James Miles and Paul Loseby at the time of the trial and at the time of the appeal. [76426] Mr. Fatchett: James Miles and Paul Loseby were each sentenced to four years imprisonment at trial which was increased to five years at appeal. The Public Prosecutor has appealed against the five year sentence and the case is currently with the Supreme Court.
