Ian Lucas:: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister which local authorities pay a clothing grant to low- income families to assist in the purchase of school uniform. [94784] Mr. Miliband: I have been asked to reply. The Department for Education and Skills does not collect data on the number of local authorities that currently provide clothing grants to assist in the purchase of school uniform.
