- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, if the Government will implement the programmes recommended by the Advisory Council for Aeronautical Research in Europe to meet the environmental targets set out in ACARE's Strategic Research Agenda; what assessment she has made of the environmental conclusions, targets and programmes set out in the Advisory Council for Aeronautical Research in Europe's Strategic Research Agenda.
