Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to his Answers of 7th November, 392 c542W, and 27th November 2002, 395 c356W, on NHS funding of silicone cosmesis for artificial limbs, if he will list the sums allocated to individual (a) health authorities and (b) primary care trusts in (i) 2001-02 and (ii) 2002-03 out of the £0.5 million and £1.5 million baseline allocations made respectively for those years. - Inc no figures and fact that allocations to individual health authorities and primary care trusts in 2001-02 and 2002-03 did not separately identify sums for silicone cosmesis.
