- To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, what advice he gives local authorities in respect of handing over control of public amenities to charitable trusts which have exemptions for tax and business rates; and if he will make a statement. - The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister has not provided any advice to local authorities on the transfer of public amenities to charitable trusts.
