[65139] Mr. Byers: [holding answer 18 January 1999]: As far as the DTI is concerned, a search of the most potentially relevant sources of information has produced no evidence of any collaboration between Mr. Stephen Kock and the DTI in arranging, promoting or negotiating arms supply to China.
