- Whether they received any complaints relating to issues of conflict of interest in the allocation of a contract to Health Care Projects, a subsidiary of Skanska Innisfree, for the rebuilding of St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital under the private finance initiative; and, if so, whether consideration was given to such complaints before or after the signing of the contract.
