What criteria they will use to determine whether there are imperative reasons of overriding public interest to support the applications for port developments at (a) Dibden Bay; (b) London Gateway (Shellhaven); (c) Bathside Bay; and (d) Felixstowe South; and what alternative solutions to development are being considered [HL 1551].
