Mr. Kilfoyle: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether the Government retain a golden share in the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company. [202723] Mr. Jamieson: I have been asked to reply. No, the Government have held no shares in the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company since 1998.
