Keith Vaz: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what recent research she has commissioned concerning ownership of retail outlets in the high street. [200935] Mr. Sutcliffe: My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has not commissioned any recent research concerning ownership of retail outlets in the high street. Competition issues raised about ownership of retail outlets are a matter for the independent competition authorities to consider.
