Mr. David Atkinson: To ask the hon. Member for Roxburgh and Berwickshire, representing the House of Commons Commission whether the Commission plans to conduct an organisation and methods study of the Library. [199127] Sir Archy Kirkwood: The Commission has no plans to carry out or commission an organisation and methods study of the Library. The Library's current Change Project is designed to ensure that the department takes full advantage of the facilities of the Parliamentary Information Management Services project which is due to be implemented in April 2005. The Change Project has already involved a thorough review of the department's services and working methods.
