Brian White: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what pieces of legislation passed in the last 30 years that the Department is responsible for remain to be brought into force, broken down by year of enactment. [195617] Charlotte Atkins: I have placed in the Libraries of the House a list of the provisions of Acts passed in the last 30 years for which the Department for Transport has lead responsibility which remain to be brought into force.
