To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many (a) prosecutions, (b) cautions and (c) enforcement notices there have been in each year since 1995 brought by the Drinking Water Inspectorate (i) in total and (ii) broken down by region. - It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
