- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, when her Department first received (a) a video and (b) other documentary evidence from Northumberland Trading Standards Department in respect of the 2001 foot and mouth disease outbreak at Heddon-on-the-Wall. - It has not proved possible to respond to the hon Member in the time available before Prorogation.
