What information they have, as a permanent Member of the United Nations Security Council, of a notification by Turkey under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter of the entry into northern Iraq by Turkish forces; on what date the Turkish forces crossed the frontier; and on what date Turkey notified the Security Council.
