To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, how many cases of electoral fraud are being investigated arising from the North East Regional Assembly referendum.

Mr. Gordon Prentice: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister how many cases of electoral fraud are being investigated arising from the North East Regional Assembly referendum. [198374] Mr. Raynsford: The Chief Counting Officer is not aware of any cases of electoral fraud that are being investigated arising from the North East Regional Assembly referendum.
