Mr. Stinchcombe: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Prison Service's review of the Counselling, Assessment, Referral, Advice and Through-care Services (CARATs) for prisoners with drug misuse problems has been completed; and if he will make a statement. [196275] Paul Goggins: The review of Counselling, Assessment, Referral, Advice and Through-care (CARATs) services has been completed. A new CARAT Practice Manual, based on the review, is now in preparation and will be published on the Prison Service website (www. hmprisonservice.gov.uk).
