To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, how many regular consultant pain sessions took place at each hospital in the Province in the last period for which figures are available. - Inc tables.

Mrs. Iris Robinson: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many regular consultant pain sessions took place at each hospital in the Province in the last period for which figures are available. [196354] Angela Smith: Information on the number of regular pain sessions held is not collected centrally. However, the number of clinics held during 2003-04 in the anaesthetics and pain management specialties are as follows: Number of outpatient clinics held for the anaesthetics specialty by hospital during 2003-04 _________________________________________________________________________________________________. Hospital Number of clinics held Causeway hospital 16 Mater Infirmorum 80 N.I. total 96 _________________________________________________________________________________________________. Number of outpatient clinics held for the pain management specialty by hospital during 2003-04 _________________________________________________________________________________________________.
