- To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, how many responses the Government received to the recent Office of the Deputy Prime Minister consultation paper Commercial property leases: options for deterring or outlawing the use of upward only rent review clauses; and if he will break down the number of responses by (a) representative organisations, (b) landlords and (c) property occupiers. - Inc figures and ref to consultation paper commercial property leases; options for deterring or outlawing the use of upward only rent review clauses.

Matthew Green: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister how many responses the Government received to the recent Office of the Deputy Prime Minister consultation paper, "Commercial Property Leases: Options for Deterring or Outlawing the Use of Upward Only Rent Review Clauses"; and if he will break down the number of responses by (a) representative organisations, (b) landlords and (c) property occupiers. [195433] Keith Hill: The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister has received 87 responses to its consultation on options for deterring or outlawing the use of upward only rent review clauses in commercial property leases. We are currently analysing the responses and a breakdown of respondents by category will be available when the results of consultation are published next year.
