To ask the Deputy Prime Minister, what estimate he has made of the (a) number and (b) proportion of three storey houses in multiple occupation in Wales that will not be subject to the mandatory HMO licensing scheme envisaged in the Housing Bill.

Mr. Jon Owen Jones: To ask the Deputy Prime Minister what estimate he has made of the (a) number and (b) proportion of three storey houses in multiple occupation in Wales that will not be subject to the mandatory HMO licensing scheme envisaged in the Housing Bill. [194519] Keith Hill: No such estimates have been made by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister as these are matters for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
