Answer: Mr. Paice: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what the (a) net deficit and (b) change in capital and reserves from Forest Enterprise was in (i) 2002-03 and (ii) 1998-99; and what the projected sums are for (A) 2003-04 and (B) 2004-05. It is not therefore possible to provide a forecast for 2004-05.
