Mr. Alan Duncan: To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Department for Constitutional Affairs what the total cost of refurbishment to the fabric of buildings owned by his Department has been since 1997. [185555] Mr. Leslie: A total of £81.2 million has been spent since 1997 on refurbishment (including the cost of major maintenance projects) to buildings owned by the Department.
