- Whether they support the Competition Commission's recent proposal to levy a windfall tax on past, present and future profits of banks, with the proceeds being used to help small firms to start up, grow and survive; and whether they support the Competition Commission's proposals to institute price controls to prevent banks overcharging their small business customers.
