To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether (a) the Care Custody computer system will contain all data held in England and Wales regarding an individual and (b) the information will be limited to locally-held data.

Mr. Paice: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether (a) the Care Custody computer system will contain all data held in England and Wales regarding an individual and (b) the information will be limited to locally-held data. [170723] Caroline Flint: As currently designed the bulk of the Custody and Case Preparation information will be held locally within the force area and only core data and that information required to be recorded on the PNC will be available nationally.
