- Pursuant to 202 c403W, if he will state which of the police forces in England and Wales currently comply with guidelines adopted by the Home Office and Metropolitan Police Forensic Science Services on the destruction of DNA profiles of persons excluded from or acquitted of offences; which police forces in England and Wales remove such profiles from their own data bases; which do not.
