David Burnside: To ask the Prime Minister whether he discussed the supply of arms and explosives to the Provisional IRA with Colonel Gaddafi last week. [165219] The Prime Minister: I discussed a wide range of issues with Colonel Gadaffi including international and regional security issues, including terrorism.
